A lot has changed in Middle Tennessee in recent years.  The same can be said for work zone traffic control. Old favorites have been gobbled up by larger national companies, and new companies come into being almost daily. The owner and managers of FrontLine offer over 30 years of successful experience in serving major utilities and others working in the public right-of-ways. They enjoy an excellent safety record, too!

    So what are The 3 S's? They're our pledge to you.

    The first is superlative Service.  If we agree to provide service to your company.  You can count on it.  Our personnel are ATSSA certified.  They understand it is their job to keep your crew(s) and equipment safe, and do the same for the public traveling through the work zone.  This can only happen if they are out of the truck, proactive and constantly aware.  We audit our work zones to ensure this is the case, and we encourage you to call us if for any reason you have a concern about our team members’ performance or the integrity of the work zone set-up. 

 

    The second is maximum Safety.  The Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) published by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) defines the standards used by road managers nationwide to install and maintain traffic control devices on all public streets, highways, bikeways, and private roads open to public travel.  The MUTCD makes clear the minimum acceptable standards to be followed in executing work zone traffic control safety.  Our belief is that you can’t put a value on a human life, so our commitment is to maximum Safety. 

 

    The third is complete Satisfaction.  Our goal is long-term relationships…with our customers, employees, and vendors.  To fulfill this goal trust and open, honest communications are needed.  We are committed to constant and never-ending improvement.  We want to learn from you how we can serve you better.  We will

be known by the customers we keep.  It was true in the past and so it will be again.  From courteous order entry and confirmation of service to be delivered, to on-time arrival and confidence-building on-site service, we seek to be an integral part of your team.  Excellent communications is key to these things occurring.
